Quick Facts

  • We compound our own composite materials, then ship it to our plants where it is molded into components for our customers in the automotive, heavy truck and recreational vehicle markets
  • Our proprietary thermoset and thermoplastic formulations include:
    • TCA Float™ an ultra-lightweight material with a sub- 1.0 specific gravity density for Class A applications
    • TCA Ultra Lite®, a 1.2 specific-gravity, Class A body panel material that meets OEM standards for surface quality and can withstand E-coat oven conditions.
    • Structural Ultra Lite® material is 60 percent lighter than steel, and won’t dent, rust or corrode like a metal will. This material is ideal for structural applications, including pickup truck boxes and EV battery cases and covers.
    • EV Battery Enclosure formulations that address flame retardancy and thermal runaway.
    • Other formulations that address customer needs for low VOC, UV resistance, scratch resistance and NVH reduction.
  • Headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, CSP has manufacturing facilities in Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas in the United States; and Saltillo, and Tijuana, in Mexico.
  • Our in-house stamping operation secures our supply of needed parts and protects our ability to provide on-going, uninterrupted shipments to our customer base.
